Cindy Leong
Cindy is a highly sought-after Enneagram Personality Coach and Corporate Trainer who can you help you make sense of your professional and personal relationships. She has founded The Enneagram Academy -- the first and only International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Training School in Southeast Asia. She has also founded Relationship Studio and Divine Connect.
She is an Accredited Professional with the IEA. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). To date, she has impacted more than 20,000 lives.
Cindy is effectively bilingual. Besides a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (majoring in Communications), she also has a Diploma in Business and has done in-depth research and studies in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and Gender Communications, both in Singapore and Taiwan. She is also frequently featured in magazines and radio stations in Singapore and is currently the Resident Love Expert on MediaCorp Class 95 FM.
Coen Tan
Having emerged from a decade of depression, Coen brings his unique experiences, fresh perspectives and finely-honed skills to people he works with. Coen has trained regionally and spoken in Singapore, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan, in both English and Mandarin.
A Distinguished Toastmaster, Coen has achieved the Gold Distinction Award (Speaking in Public) by the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). He is also a member of various professional associations, such as the Global Speakers Federation (GSF), Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and the Adult Educators’ Network (AEN).
Coen’s dynamic energy, authentic style, personable approach and sometimes unorthodox style are infectious and instrumental in helping his clients achieve personal breakthroughs and unleash their underlying potential.
Vivien Yap
Vivien is a Singapore government certified ACTA Trainer who is passionate about empowering individuals with effective communication and leadership skills! Her corporate workshops have also equipped organisations to reach their maximum potential and improve workplace cohesiveness through practical people management tools.
As a certified Enneagram Coach and through her powerful life message of overcoming a dark past, she has inspired thousands and helped many clients to make lasting positive transformation in their lives through her personable 1-on-1 coaching in the last 14 years.
She is also currently mentoring 80 youth leaders, encouraging them to give back and make a positive impact in their communities.
Vivien is also an established Style Coach with more than a decade’s experience in the styling and costume industry. She coaches clients to develop their personal style through having a healthy self-image. Jarrod Chee
Jarrod is a certified Enneagram coach and co-trainer in the Singapore-based Level 1 Enneagram courses provided by Relationship Studio.
Discovering the Enneagram was a turning point for him. It not only validated who he was at his core but also enabled him to understand his father better and allowed him to move on from the wounds of his past. This is why Jarrod believes in the life-changing power of the Enneagram and aims to empower others through his training and coaching.
He is an ex Ministry of Education primary school teacher with 15 years of teaching experience under his belt. It is on this firm foundation as an educator that he is able to see the application of the Enneagram in not only the lives of the adults who attend the courses but also how it would impact future generations as well. After leaving the education service in 2013, he went on to become a Senior Teacher for English and eventually took on an Acting Vice Principal role in a local private institute.
Armed with a Masters in Education specialising in Leadership, Policy and Change from Monash University, he is also able to see how the Enneagram can help leaders elevate their skills by using the Enneagram framework to enhance their managerial and communication skills to speak into the lives of the people put under their care; and to help them become better versions of themselves by raising their self-awareness of who they are through the lens of the Enneagram.
